IntiGo – Logistics Engineering Platform

At IntiGo — Tunisia's leading last-mile e-commerce delivery platform — I joined as a Full Stack Software Engineer (CDI) in April 2026 and integrated with exceptional speed. Within my first week, I had fully mapped IntiGo's system architecture, understood the existing codebase, and shipped my first production contribution. By the end of Week 2, I had independently designed and deployed a complete automated database backup strategy using Databasus, configured on GoDaddy cloud servers behind an Nginx reverse proxy. Crucially, I wired the backup system to real-time alerting: success and failure events are instantly pushed to a dedicated Slack channel and via email, ensuring the ops team has full visibility at all times. Beyond infrastructure, I developed custom PHP plugins for WordPress/WooCommerce, enabling merchant partners to connect their stores directly to IntiGo's delivery API. I built an equivalent integration for Shopify merchants, giving them native order-push and shipment-tracking capabilities from within their Shopify Admin. I then co-launched the end-buyer applications: a Next.js web platform and a React Native mobile app, both powered by a FastAPI backend. I also maintained and fixed critical bugs in the legacy Django/PostgreSQL systems that handle IntiGo's operational data across all 24 Tunisian governorates.
