Senior full-stack engineer shipping production web & mobile systems across logistics, HRTech, TravelTech & FitTech — five years of end-to-end ownership, from architecture to release pipelines.
Where I'm going,
and why.
Read the code before touching the keyboard.
I believe the best engineers aren't just fast coders — they are system thinkers who understand context before touching a keyboard. My philosophy: read the codebase deeply, ask sharp questions, and ship meaningful work from day one. I continuously improve codebases through refactors, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing, treating maintainability and security as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
From Senior → Tech Lead → CTO.
Based in Tunis, Tunisia (2026), I am actively building toward a Tech Lead role in an international or remote-first environment. My goal is to architect and deliver scalable, high-impact products — ideally in fast-growing companies in LogTech, AI, or SaaS — and eventually step into a CTO track. I am particularly drawn to environments where I can own meaningful technical decisions, mentor peers, and push the product forward with clean, performant, and resilient code.
Speed, ownership, and real-world problems.
I thrive in startup environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability matter most. At IntiGo, I proved I can integrate rapidly into an existing codebase, understand complex business logic quickly, and start shipping within days. I am passionate about solving real-world logistics and automation problems, and I bring strong cross-functional skills: cloud deployment, API design, mobile engineering, DevOps, and developer tooling — all at once.
Five years, five platforms,
one operating principle: ship.

I don't just execute —
I take ownership.
Engineer by training — Telecommunications Engineer from Sup'Com Tunis, ranked 9/740 at the national prep school exam — and a builder by instinct.
I've spent the last five years in the trenches of production systems: from a MERN-stack EdTech startup, to a microfrontend HRTech ATS, to a multi-tenant TravelTech booking platform, to Tunisia's #1 last-mile delivery operator.
Today I work at the intersection of full-stack engineering and AI-native workflows — using Cursor, Claude, and modern toolchains to compress what used to take weeks into days, without sacrificing quality.
Looking for senior or tech-lead roles in France, Germany, Netherlands, UK or Canada — teams where engineers own architecture and outcomes, not just tickets.
Three pillars
toward the CTO track.
As a confirmed Senior-level Full Stack Engineer currently building at IntiGo — Tunisia's #1 logistics platform — I am executing a deliberate growth plan. In 2026, my focus is on deepening system design mastery, expanding into AI-native architectures, and acquiring the strategic frameworks that will make me an effective Tech Lead and eventual CTO. This roadmap is built on real experience: I've already proven rapid integration, multi-stack ownership, and production-level delivery. Now I'm investing in the depth and breadth to lead entire engineering organizations.
Technical Depth: Performance & Systems
I have mastered the JavaScript ecosystem and actively work with Rust-influenced tooling (Turbopack, SWC, Rolldown). In 2026, the performance layer matters: understanding the low-level foundation of modern web infrastructure separates senior engineers from tech leads. This pillar is about going beyond the runtime to command the full stack, from native modules to distributed systems.
Architectural Breadth: AI & Platform Engineering
In 2026, AI is not just a feature to integrate — it is the new infrastructure layer. I am moving from simple API consumption to orchestrating agentic workflows with tools like Cursor, Claude, Antigravity, and Stitch as daily productivity accelerators, while designing stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph. My goal is not just to use AI but to design with it: building platforms that leverage AI to make entire teams faster and more effective.
Strategic Leadership: The CTO Toolkit
This is where the real transformation happens. The gap between a Senior Engineer and a CTO isn't just technical—it's strategic. I need frameworks to make decisions that balance innovation with business reality. Every architectural choice has a cost, and every cost needs justification. This is about speaking the language of business while building the future.
