Security: from B to A rating
I resolved 180+ security vulnerabilities via SonarQube, cutting bug density by 35% and lifting test coverage by 45%, pushing the platform to a Security Rating A. Security was treated as a first-class concern across the stack.
Performance & architecture
I migrated key flows to Next.js SSR with code splitting and lazy loading, taking page-load from 2.9s down to 1.3s. I deployed 5+ microfrontend modules and contributed to a backend/frontend redesign.
Shipping & mentoring
I delivered 6 major features in 4 months at a 95% sprint success rate, authored best-practice guides, and mentored 7 junior developers. I also adopted Cursor and Claude on the team for prototyping and refactoring, with the same review standards.
