Lodgo (DevWavews)

Full Stack
DevWavews · Lodgo

A concurrent freelance engagement I'm shipping alongside my CDI at IntiGo. Lodgo is a multilingual vacation-rental marketplace with a Next.js 16 front-end and a NestJS 11 backend, connected to Guesty and Hostaway PMSs for listing / calendar / booking sync, backed by MongoDB and Elasticsearch, deploying to Azure App Service via Docker/GHCR + GitHub Actions.

I own four modules end to end — FAQ, SEO, Stories (blog), and the Admin Dashboard — from Mongoose schemas and NestJS endpoints to admin CRUD screens and the public multilingual pages. Each module lands with i18n copy, soft-delete on admin lists, canonical URLs, and the same generic AdminCrudTable component I built once and reused everywhere.

The Stories (blog) module ships a section-builder for editors, a rich detail page, and a listing with pill filters — matched pixel-for-pixel to the Figma spec after two rounds of visual review. Quality bar is first-class: Storybook + Chromatic for visual regression on the admin surface, Vitest unit tests on every CRUD screen, Playwright e2e on the booking flow, SonarCloud on every PR. I also drove a CI-optimization pass — sharded Storybook tests, split lint/test jobs, per-step timeouts — that cut PR feedback time noticeably.

The PMS integrations (Guesty, Hostaway) are owned by other engineers on the DevWavews team — I sit adjacent to them and consume their contracts through the admin surface and shared backend modules.

Réalisations Clés

  • Owned FAQ, SEO, Stories (blog), and Admin Dashboard modules end to end (front + back)
  • Built a generic AdminCrudTable component reused across every CRUD module (empty state, pagination, soft-delete)
  • Storybook + Chromatic visual regression on the admin surface
  • Vitest unit tests on every CRUD screen, Playwright e2e on the booking flow, SonarCloud on every PR
  • Drove a CI-optimization pass: sharded Storybook tests, split lint/test jobs, per-step timeouts
  • i18n on every module (nestjs-i18n + i18next), soft-delete + canonical URLs
  • Concurrent shipment alongside my IntiGo CDI — freelance and permanent, same quality bar

Responsabilités

  • Full-stack module ownership: schemas, endpoints, admin CRUD, public pages
  • Design-system-level reusable components (AdminCrudTable, form primitives)
  • Front-end quality tooling: Storybook, Chromatic, Vitest
  • End-to-end tests on the booking flow (Playwright)
  • CI/CD optimization and PR feedback-loop shortening
  • i18n implementation front-to-back (nestjs-i18n + i18next)
