02 — Direction & vision

Where I'm going,
and why.

Philosophy

Read the code before touching the keyboard.

AI expands what one engineer can build; engineering judgment still decides what to build, how to verify it, and who is accountable. I use AI to move faster, and tests, code review and security discipline to keep the result reliable and maintainable. I read the codebase deeply before changing it and treat maintainability and security as first-class requirements.

Direction 2026

From Senior to Tech Lead.

Based in Tunis, Tunisia (2026), I am actively building toward a Tech Lead role in an international or remote-first environment. My goal is to architect and deliver scalable, high-impact products — ideally in fast-growing companies in LogTech, AI, or SaaS — and eventually step into a CTO track. I am particularly drawn to environments where I can own meaningful technical decisions, mentor peers, and push the product forward with clean, performant, and resilient code.

Motivation

Speed, ownership, and real-world problems.

I thrive in startup environments where speed, ownership, and adaptability matter most. At IntiGo, I proved I can integrate rapidly into an existing codebase, understand complex business logic quickly, and start shipping within days. I am passionate about solving real-world logistics and automation problems, and I bring strong cross-functional skills: cloud deployment, API design, mobile engineering, DevOps, and developer tooling — all at once.

↳ Selected wins

  • Week-1 onboarding: mapped the full system architecture and shipped a first production change the same week.
  • Built an automated DB backup strategy with real-time Slack & email alerts on every backup event — eliminating a 100% manual process.
  • 3 e-commerce plugins built full Shopify integration app, PHP/WooCommerce plugin, and PrestaShop module (1.7 / 8.x / 9.x) — direct merchant-to-API order handoff across all 3 platforms.
  • End-buyer Next.js web app + React Native mobile app powered by a FastAPI backend — real-time parcel tracking across 24 governorates.
  • GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for automated build, signing, and Play Store release; maintained legacy Django/PostgreSQL systems.
  • 4 iOS apps + 1 Android — the IntiGo mobile family Intigo Mobile 2.0.0, BizGo for Partners 2.0.0, EnaGo 2.0.0 (Ready for Distribution) and Livraison.pro 1.0 (in Apple Review) — plus Intigo Mobile on Google Play.
  • Intigo Chat SaaS — extraction underway lifting the chat backbone out of the monolith onto intigo.chat: five fixed roles, one thread per parcel, WebSocket inbox, APNs & FCM, SDKs for JS / React / iOS / Android / Flutter. Case study → /building/chat-saas.
  • Intigo Ecommerce — piloting on staging theme-based storefront builder (which a teammate's AI assistant drives to draft a shop from a prompt and a few photos), catalog and coupons, a COD confirmation team with risk scoring, Meta Pixel + Conversions API, and working knowledge of the full loop through delivery. Case study → /building/ecommerce.

05 — About & Stack

I don't just execute —
I take ownership.

I'm a telecommunications engineer from Sup'Com (9th of 740 nationally in the preparatory-school exam) who became a product engineer by shipping: five years across an EdTech marketplace, a microfrontend HR platform, a multi-tenant travel-booking system and now a last-mile delivery operator.

What I care about is the unglamorous part: clear API contracts, tests that catch regressions, pipelines that release without drama, and code a teammate can change next year. At Tech-Expert that meant resolving 180+ SonarQube vulnerabilities and raising test coverage by 45%.

I now bring the same discipline to AI: AI widens what one engineer can build, while judgment still decides what to build, how to verify it and who is accountable. At IntiGo I am building Argus, an LLM agent that reads production data through tools and MCP, drafts decisions, and keeps a human approving every action. Email triage V1 is in use; further modules are planned.

I'm looking for senior full-stack or applied-AI product roles in France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK or Canada, in teams where engineers own architecture and outcomes, not just tickets.

06 — 2026 Level-Up Plan

Three pillars
toward the CTO track.

As a confirmed Senior-level Full Stack Engineer currently building at IntiGo — a last-mile delivery platform in Tunisia — I am executing a deliberate growth plan. In 2026, my focus is on deepening system design mastery, expanding into AI-native architectures, and acquiring the strategic frameworks that will make me an effective Tech Lead and eventual CTO. This roadmap is built on real experience: I've already proven rapid integration, multi-stack ownership, and production-level delivery. Now I'm investing in the depth and breadth to lead entire engineering organizations.

Pillar 01

Technical Depth: Performance & Systems

I have mastered the JavaScript ecosystem and actively work with Rust-influenced tooling (Turbopack, SWC, Rolldown). In 2026, the performance layer matters: understanding the low-level foundation of modern web infrastructure separates senior engineers from tech leads. This pillar is about going beyond the runtime to command the full stack, from native modules to distributed systems.

Pillar 02

Architectural Breadth: AI & Platform Engineering

In 2026, AI is not just a feature to integrate — it is the new infrastructure layer. I am moving from simple API consumption to orchestrating agentic workflows with tools like Cursor, Claude, Antigravity, and Stitch as daily productivity accelerators, while designing stateful multi-agent systems using LangGraph. My goal is not just to use AI but to design with it: building platforms that leverage AI to make entire teams faster and more effective.

Trajectory
Simple API Integration
↓
Agentic Workflows (LangGraph, Multi-Agent Systems)
Pillar 03

Strategic Leadership: The CTO Toolkit

This is where the real transformation happens. The gap between a Senior Engineer and a CTO isn't just technical—it's strategic. I need frameworks to make decisions that balance innovation with business reality. Every architectural choice has a cost, and every cost needs justification. This is about speaking the language of business while building the future.
